Max Bagels UK Ltd approached us to find solutions on improving the sourcing of key ingredients, especially meat and fish. We researched local fish vendors and suppliers to ensure that Max Bagels could maintain their quality reputation.
Increasing Ethical Practices
February 2020
The Salvation Army, Penzance, contacted us with the goal of improving their ethical practices for this location such as their employment practices and stakeholder relations this was a point of problem within this branch and needing to be addressed. We helped design a training course and updated policy for the employees ensuring that their practices and relationship skills with different stakeholders was the proper literature and communication skills were being used so to act professionally and correctly towards different individuals.
Increasing Brand Awareness

Un_rap, Falmouth, reached out to us to with the aim of increasing brand awareness as they are the only zero-waste store in Falmouth. By expanding their digital presence, their sales grew by over 72% in less than six months. This enabled more of the local residents to shop more sustainability, and support small businesses.
